How to order & delivery
1. Choose your flowers
Browse our collections and select the size and colour option shown on the product page. For a different colour mix, custom size or wedding and event order, send a bespoke enquiry.
2. Check your date
Everything is made to order. If your flowers are needed for a particular date, please contact Tina before ordering so diary availability and suitable delivery arrangements can be confirmed.
3. Your bespoke quote & booking
For bespoke orders, your quote confirms the design, sizes, quantity and postage. Full payment or a 50% deposit can secure your booking by PayPal or bank transfer, with the remaining balance paid before dispatch. Tina will provide your payment instructions directly.
4. Approve your colour mix
For bespoke floral designs, receive photos or video of a small sample section to check the colour mix before the full design is completed. This is a colour preview rather than a finished full-size item.
5. See your finished flowers
Photos or video of your finished order are shared before dispatch.
UK delivery & collection
Signed and tracked UK postage is available, commonly with Parcelforce Express. Delivery charges and timings are confirmed at checkout or in your bespoke quote. Collection from Crawley, West Sussex, is available by arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.
Made-to-order production time is separate from courier transit time. If you have a deadline, please enquire first.

Are these real flowers?
No — our arrangements use luxury artificial flowers.
Can I hire the flowers?
No. BUY ONLY — NO HIRE.
Do you provide venue setup?
Orders are made for delivery or collection. Venue setup is not routinely offered.
Can you match my frame?
Send the frame measurements and an inspiration photo. Your quote will confirm the floral pieces included; please do not assume a frame or stand is included.
